Realise2 Strengths Assessment

Using your strengths at work will increase your experience of work and your performance at work.  The Center for Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), headed by Alex Linley, has developed a self-assessment of strengths, Realise2, which considers strengths on three axes:  frequency of use, is it energizing to use, and how well you perform. Reports are available for individuals and for teams.
