Fern is a human resources executive and entrepreneur with over 17 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries spanning both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. Her core competencies lie in the human resources management, training and professional development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development disciplines.
Fern has held several leadership positions, including those with: Deloitte and Touche, as Regional Senior Talent Manager supporting several internal client groups; United Service Organizations (USO), as Director of Global Human Resources Operations and Interim Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources; and SPSS, Inc., as a Human Resources Consultant/Supervisor.
Prior to moving to consulting, Fern spent about 15 years providing consultative human resources services to the internal client groups that she supported. Over the years, these internal clients came to represent an incredibly diverse range of professionals, including researchers, IT specialists, accountants, marketing professionals, salespeople, and entertainment tour managers, to name a few.

She earned a Bachelor’s, Communication, University of Delaware and a Masters of Science in Human Resources, Loyola University Chicago.
